The hotel is close to a nice area with local restaurants and shops and has a few interesting cultural pieces on the ground floor.
The moldy smell in the room, combined with the lack of nearby bus stops make this hotel a less than desirable option for budget travelers.

Location, easy walk to all attractions. Free parking on-site was provided. Superb base for a vacation in Qingdao...
Can’t fault the property in any way.

People - Susan and the staff were both very welcoming and worked hard to ensure we had a great time. Place - a very interesting piece of architecture and fit-out. Eating - the eating experience and food were excellent. Cultural insight - you certainly don't feel you are in a 'corporate' hotel; very authentic Chinese.
The location is a bit off the beaten track but with taxis being cheap and the fact that you see most when waling around a place it in no way impaired dour enjoyment.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with everything I needed throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also very impressive, with great attention to cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious with many tasty options to choose from. The location was perfect for me, located in a remote area close to the mountains but also conveniently close to other places in China.
All was perfect.

Beautiful hotel with arts in perfect location.
The room was close to the reception and therefore noisy. Ask for a room at the backside.

Our stay was pleasant during our business trip. The hotel offered a good breakfast with many Chinese options to choose from, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with language barriers. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a good internet connection.
the hotel was located on a street that felt unsafe after dark, making it difficult to venture out in the evening. Finally, the room was somewhat cramped, with limited space to move around.
